HOPE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT
JANUARY 27TH - 29TH, 2022

'"Territory"

“And not only that, but we also boast in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance…”

Romans 5:3

Most significant stories from scripture involve something new emerging out of seemingly nothing.  From creation to the empty tomb, from Jonah in the fish to Paul in Damascus, it is almost always a tale of total surrender that leads to healing and resurrection. Come explore what it means to live fully into the unknown, negative spaces in our lives as a necessary space to discover a deeper sense of God’s presence.

Becoming Real

“…and endurance produces character…” Romans 5:4

The Greek for the word 'character' is genuine’ or ‘verified as not counterfeit’.  Often it is difficult to live into our authentic selves, or to even know who we really are at our core. And yet, this is an essential step in humble relationships built on knowing ourselves in God and finding peace and even courage in that person we are becoming.

HOPE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT ~ OCTOBER 27-29, 2022

"Love Poured Out"

“…and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts…”

What ultimately leads us to hope is not having all the answers but our ability to live in the present moment, open to God’s Spirit moving in and through us.  Our hope comes from trusting our own life-giving response to the world through God’s living, breathing and loving through us.
